To support you better we have developed two packages, that encompass varies pc issues. My
Tech Advantage provides you with basic troubleshooting and money saving
options. Premium Tech Advantage covers you with basic protection along
with additional computers and gaming consoles.
Each package contains 7 monthly service tickets. Service tickets are
"actual repair" issues that you call in for. If our technician
performs any service on your PC, that will count as a service ticket.
At the start of every month i.e.: May 1 your tickets will expire and
you will be given 7 new service tickets. How to questions are also answered
you will not be using a service ticket to be have your question answered.
You may "pass" or "give" your service tickets to
a family member or close friend; up to 1 service ticket per month.
Once you have signed up for a package you are eligible for any levels
of support we provide. When fixing most PC issues we utilize a remote
support tool that will allow our technicians to "virtually"
control your PC. This program is secure and only you or the account
holder can allow us to access your PC by providing us with your password.
You are also not required to stay on the phone with the technician once
the remote session has begun. We are able to alert you to come back
to your PC. All repairs are accompanied with a repair log that is sent
via email and placed in a destination folder of your choosing.
