Gift Certificate FAQs

Question: How do I get service?

Answer: We have two ways, you may simply fill out an appointment form under "Make an appointment" link and include your cert# or by calling Chris at 226.234.1428.

Question: Can I give this as a gift?

Answer: Yes! We love helping everyone out. Simply pass the gift certificate to a love one; friend or family. However one cert# per end-user.

Question: What if I have two PCs that need repairs?

Answer: Each gift certificate is limited to one pc of your choice. We have other great plans available to you if you need multiple pcs fixed.

Question: I see you have annual plans available, can I apply this $50 to an annual plan?

Answer: Yes! You may put this to any of our wonderful "out of warranty" plans to keep you covered for an entire year! Simply mention this to the technician.

Question: Does your service offer on-site support?

Answer: At this time no. If you request the technician to your home, let the technician know so he can setup an home visit appointment. There will be a small charge of $15.00 in London and $30.00 Middlesex County. Windsor, Sarnia, North of Woodstock areas call for rates.

Question: Is there any setup charges?

Answer: Yes, one small setup fee of $20.00 to setup your account and to set your pc up for remote assistance. Once your account and pc has been setup, you do not have to pay this again for the life of your account.

• Remote Assist Support (RAS).
Are the most widely used methods that we use to connect virtually to your computer to assist you with the most common to most severe issues.
•Voice Guided Support (VGS).
Through experienced and very well educated agents you are well assured with your assistance the agent will be able to guide you through your issue.
•Advocate Support (AS).
Though Enuser Live can fix and resolve every issue, sometimes our technicians need support from your ISP or OEM. On conference calls or through Live Chat programs we will be able to utilize their tools to your advantage to benefit you. Resolving issues faster and more efficiently by talking “Tech to Tech”.
•Remote Hardware Support (RHS).
Though approximately all PC related issues are 90% software related, there will be times that our technicians will have to guide you through hardware installation, by providing hands-on approach through video conferencing. Video Guidance is preformed by utilizing a second in-home PC or in some cases a friend/family PC – who have web cam capabilities
