Terms of Use
- Remote Assistance from Enuser
Training Group is away to 'Virtually' share your computer; while the end user
is in complete control of the session.
- Enuser Technicians will
have the ability to see your computer and files on your computer.
- Enuser Technicians will
be performing several repairs on your system; not limited to:
- Installation of 3rd Party
Software
- "Search and Destroy"
viruses and spyware
- Modifying boot files, system
files and registry files
- Conducting research
- Running system scans
- Clean the hard drive for optimal
system usage
- Enuser Technicians do
require from time to time your assistance for but not limited to rebooting
the computer and providing click through support.
Your Rights
- You have the right to safeguard
your information;
- You have the right to refuse service
at anytime you do not feel comfortable;
- You have the right to
request screen record sessions and tech notes at anytime during your service
period;
- You have the right to question
the actions of the technician during the service call;
- You have the right to request
callback on any open ticket due to time restrains,
Liability
- Enuser from time to time relies
on support from 3rd party Software Vendors; in order to clear your issues;
Enuser does not warranty the effect of such software on your computer. If
issue is resolvable, Enuser will try to correct the issue caused by 3rd party
software.
- Hardware and other devices. Enuser
does not warranty against malfunction of existing hardware or devices connected
to your computer. In event of malfunction; Enuser Technician will attempt
to find the cause and direct you to an external supplier or OEM.
Illegal Software and Child Pornography
- As set out by Canadian, United
States and International law; we are required to report any misuse of images
and software that is not owned by end user.
- Child images and other related
images and videos will be reported to your local police authority. Images
will be recorded during our sessions and copies set to local police authorities.
- Illegal use of bit torents
and other P2P software is strictly condoned and will not be supported by Enuser
Technicians.
- Enuser Technicians will
not install hacked or cracked versions of operating systems or other such
software in possession of end user.
